Stacks(stacksdaily.com, 이하 "서비스")는 전 세계 투자 관련 글을 요약·해설해 제공하는 큐레이션 서비스입니다. 서비스는 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 여기며, 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 방침은 서비스가 어떤 정보를 왜 수집하고, 어떻게 보관·처리하는지를 설명합니다.

1. 수집하는 개인정보와 이용 목적

이 외의 개인정보는 수집하지 않으며, 회원가입 없이 모든 기능을 이용할 수 있습니다. 북마크·읽음 표시 등은 이용자의 기기(브라우저)에만 저장되고 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.

2. 보유 기간 및 파기

뉴스레터 이메일: 구독 해지 시 즉시 발송 목록에서 제거됩니다. 모든 뉴스레터 하단의 수신거부 링크로 언제든 해지할 수 있습니다.
댓글: 이용자가 삭제를 요청하면 지체 없이 삭제합니다.
푸시 토큰: 브라우저에서 알림 권한을 해제하면 발송 대상에서 제외됩니다.

3. 처리 위탁 및 국외 이전

서비스는 다음 업체에 개인정보 처리를 위탁합니다. 일부 업체는 해외에 서버를 두고 있습니다.

4. 쿠키 및 광고

서비스 자체는 방문 추적 쿠키를 사용하지 않습니다(방문 통계는 쿠키 없는 GoatCounter를 사용합니다). 다만 서비스는 Google AdSense 광고를 게재할 수 있으며, 이 경우 Google 및 그 파트너는 광고 쿠키를 사용해 이용자의 이전 방문 기록에 기반한 맞춤 광고를 표시할 수 있습니다.

Stacks (stacksdaily.com, the "Service") is a curation service that summarizes and explains investing-related writing from around the world. We value your privacy and comply with applicable laws. This policy explains what information we collect and why, and how we store and process it.

1. Information we collect and why

We collect no other personal data, and all features work without signing up. Bookmarks and read-state are stored only on your device (browser) and are never sent to our servers.

2. Retention and deletion

Newsletter email: removed from the sending list immediately when you unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe anytime via the link at the bottom of every newsletter.
Comments: deleted without delay upon your request.
Push token: excluded from sending once you revoke notification permission in your browser.

3. Processors and international transfer

We entrust the processing of personal data to the following providers. Some of them keep servers overseas.

4. Cookies and advertising

The Service itself does not use tracking cookies (visit analytics use the cookie-free GoatCounter). However, the Service may display Google AdSense ads, in which case Google and its partners may use advertising cookies to show personalized ads based on your prior visits.

You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings. For more on how Google uses advertising cookies, see the Google advertising policy.

5. Your rights

Opt out of the newsletter: click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email.
Turn off push notifications: block notifications in your browser's site settings.
Delete comments or request access, correction, or deletion of your data: contact us below.

これ以外の個人情報は収集せず、会員登録なしですべての機能を利用できます。ブックマークや既読表示などは利用者の端末(ブラウザ)にのみ保存され、サーバーには送信されません。

2. 保有期間および破棄

ニュースレターのメール:購読解除時に配信リストから直ちに削除します。すべてのニュースレター末尾の配信停止リンクからいつでも解除できます。
コメント:利用者が削除を要請した場合、遅滞なく削除します。
プッシュトーコン:ブラウザで通知許可を解除すると、送信対象から除外されます。

3. 処理の委託および国外移転

本サービスは、以下の事業者に個人情報の処理を委託します。一部の事業者は海外にサーバーを置いています。

本サービス自体はアクセス追跡クッキーを使用しません(アクセス統計はクッキー不使用のGoatCounterを使用します)。ただし、本サービスはGoogle AdSense広告を掲載する場合があり、その際Googleおよびそのパートナーは広告クッキーを使用して、利用者の過去の閲覧履歴に基づくパーソナライズ広告を表示することがあります。
